Terms and conditions for Advertisement 1)Definitions QUESTOUTSOURCING.COM is an dynamic interactive on-line portal, and is owned by Evincesis Info Solutions on the internet. A "Subscriber" is a person who agrees to enter into business or one who establishes a connection ("Account") for accessing and using Questoutsourcing.com. 2)General terms and Conditions 1. All the columns mentioned in the Advertisement Form are mandatory and have to be filled by the subscriber. QUESTOUTSOURCING.COM will solely have the right to decide whether an "Advertisement" should be posted on the website or not. QUESTOUTSOURCING.COM has full authority and any decision made will be final and binding. 2. Once an advertisement is posted by the "Subscriber", "QUESTOUTSOURCING.COM" will examine the content. If it is found appropriate to our team, a link will be sent to the "Subscriber", which the "Subscriber" has to activate. The final "activation" authority lies with "QUESTOUTSOURCING.COM". QUESTOUTSOURCING.COM will perform activation only after the "Subscriber" makes payment. Amount once paid to "QUESTOUTSOURCING.COM" will not be refunded under any circumstances. The activation process of the "advertisement" will take un-informed time and it will not be posted on the website as soon as the payment is made. Penalties We will issue a warning, temporarily or indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide any services to you if (a) You breach any terms and conditions of QUESTOUTSOURCING.COM or the agreements incorporated, including our written policies and procedures posted on the Site; (b) We are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide us; or (c) We believe that your actions may cause legal liability for you, our users or for QUESTOUTSOURCING.COM.com. Once temporarily or indefinitely suspended or terminated, you cannot continue to use QUESTOUTSOURCING.COM.com service under the same account, a different account or re-register under a new account. In case of violations of this Agreement, severe action will be taken, resulting in additional penalties. Jurisdiction All disputes are subject to Aurangabad (Maharashtra State), India jurisdiction.
